Membership

Located within the exclusive community of Hollytree, the membership experience at Hollytree Country Club provides a combination of golf, tennis, swimming and social events. This elegant neighborhood features only the best homebuilders, renowned for their craftsmanship and style.

Membership in the Club is not restricted to homeowners but does require sponsorship by an existing Member. The Club Membership Director and Membership Committee can help membership candidates fulfill this requirement.

  • Do you have a competitive side? We have a complete schedule of golf and tennis tournaments for all ages and skill levels.

  • We value and encourage Member involvement. We have Member focus groups, committees and an active elected Advisory Board of Governors to represent the membership. Our events are all designed, planned and implemented with the input from our Members.
  • Celebrate life’s special occasions at the Club. You are welcome to use our clubhouse as an extension of your home or office when hosting these memorable events. Looking for the perfect site for your daughter’s wedding reception? Have you outgrown your home for your annual Christmas party? Are you looking for an awesome venue for your corporate golf tournament? Hollytree Members enjoy the use of the Club for these and many other important occasions in their lives.
  • We operate on a Member charge basis. All purchases at the Club are made through your member account. This makes each of your visits carefree. We process one monthly statement.

Membership Categories

Hollytree Country Club offers an extraordinary private club experience with a number of different membership opportunities. New prospective Members can select from the following choices. All membership classifications are full family memberships, offering privileges to each individual in the Member’s immediate family including spouse and unmarried children under the age of 24 who attend school full time.

Full Membership

Full Members are entitled to the following benefits of membership:

  • Unlimited golf throughout the year on the challenging, 18-hole championship course designed by Robert Von Hagee and Bruce Devlin
  • Complimentary range balls and use of complete practice facility including driving range, chipping and putting areas
  • 12 LED lighted courts (10 tennis and 8 pickleball) and a full complement of tennis programming
  • Junior Olympic-sized swimming pool (available Memorial Day through Labor Day)
  • Use of the Club’s private dining rooms for private parties and business purposes
  • Use of our fitness room
  • Social events and activities hosted at the Club
Tennis Membership

Tennis Members are entitled to the following benefits of membership:

  • Unlimited use of the 12 LED lighted courts (10 tennis and 8 pickleball) and a full compliment of programming
  • Junior Olympic-sized swimming pool (available Memorial Day through Labor Day)
  • Use of the Club’s private dining rooms for private parties and business purposes
  • Use of our fitness room
  • Social events and activities hosted at the Club
Social Membership

Social Members are entitled to the following benefits of membership:

  • Junior Olympic-sized swimming pool ( available Memorial Day through Labor Day)
  • Use of the Club’s private dining rooms for private parties and business purposes
  • Use of our fitness room
  • Social events and activities hosted at the Club
Junior Membership

Available to individuals ages 21 to 34, in the Full, Tennis and Social membership classifications.

Non-Resident Membership

Includes access to golf, tennis, swimming and social activities. Non-Resident Members must have their primary business and residence outside a 50-mile radius of the Club. 

Corporate Membership

Memberships in this category are purchased by a company or corporation for use by its employees. Such memberships entitle the corporation to have one (1) primary member and designate up to three (3) employees as members. The corporation can transfer memberships within the company for a transfer fee, one time per year.  Membership privileges include the use of facilities for the member and their family and can be designated as Social, Tennis or Full privilege. Monthly dues dependent upon the level of membership.
